We regret to report that Al Anglace, founder of Connecticut Travelers Sporting Clays, has passed away. In June, 1987, Al Anglace and six friends started a monthly shoot that grew into the Connecticut Travelers Sporting Clays Association, a club that now has over 500 members and a mission to support sporting clays. The Krieghoff Masters Skeet Championship gets underway this Thursday, May 3 at the Forest City Gun Club in Savannah, GA, and runs through Sunday. Registration and practice open Wednesday.
