NSCA has over 600 member clubs and numerous state associations that serve its member shooters throughout the U.S. and in several foreign countries. Clubs are the backbone of the association, hosting registered shoots and providing the "home base" for recreational and competitive shooters.

Instruction Email Scam Resurfaces
In an apparent scam that recycles every several months, NSCA members and staff have again been receiving emails lately from an individual who claims he wants to book instruction for a group of shooters from foreign countries. When recipients respond, the person elaborates with details about the group’s plans, including the need for hotel accommodations. Clubs: Bid to Host 2015 U.S. Open
Bidding is now open for the 2015 U.S. Open Sporting Clays Championship host club. For the purpose of hosting the U.S. Open, the Mississippi River serves as the dividing line between East and West. Steve Peterson Obituary
We are saddened to report the passing of Steven Craig “Steve” Peterson on Tuesday, January 8. Steve, age 62, was owner of NSCA member club Shooters, Inc., a Minnesota range and mobile unit. Shelly Kriz
NSCA and its staff and members extend their condolences to the family of Michelle “Shelly” Kriz of Brainard, Nebraska upon her death from cancer on Friday, December 14. She was 37. Shelly was the wife of Terry Kriz, owner of Oak Creek Sporting Club. Many members knew Shelly from the club, as she often helped with tournaments at Oak Creek.
