We regret to report that Al Anglace, founder of Connecticut Travelers Sporting Clays, has passed away. In June, 1987, Al Anglace and six friends started a monthly shoot that grew into the Connecticut Travelers Sporting Clays Association, a club that now has over 500 members and a mission to support sporting clays. The North American FITASC Grand Prix event that was to have been held in Calgary, Alberta, in July has been moved to a new venue and rescheduled to allow better attendance and help grow the event.
